James Wright
CEO and Founder
Previously with Apple, James founded Drag and Drop in 1999 with his father David. James brings with him 20+ years developing and managing content management systems for global media companies.
Perry Rice
Managing Director
Formerly responsible for MultiAd’s Media and Software Division, establishing Creator as the worldwide leader in advertising creation software, Perry used his experience to co-found EZAdsPro and has been the managing director since 2004.
Justin Rice
Operations Director
Justin started his career with MacDonald Advertising Services in 2004 as an IT support specialist and joined EZAdsPro in 2007 as its Client Services Director. He became a partner in the organization in 2009 and serves as Operations Director.
Allie Rice
Business Director
Having previously served as Marketing Manager for the Indiana Association of REALTORS® and a licensed continuing education instructor for the state of Indiana, Allie uses her 12+ years of real estate experience to lead the design team.
